This cartoon represents the way the Europeans just came to Africa and mistreated the natives of the continent. This cartoon shows how Africa was kept underneath the boot. This boot is placed in the middle of the African map that gives the message that the Europeans took control of the whole continent and mistreated all the citizens of all the countries.
